Powerless anger

The anger when powerless strikes
with power onto what it cannot strike
it cannot alter, it can only falter
yet it flames upon it, it rage upon it
it roars in defiance, the anger churns in it

The anger enjoys it
grows strong from it
It roars more now, it strikes harder
it strikes farther, yet it can only
falter
